If you or someone you love is navigating sudden loss, grief, and trauma, Liberty Oaks wants you to know you are not alone.
In the days immediately following a loss or crisis, support often surrounds a family. Friends bring meals, calls come in, and people show up. But as the weeks and months pass, many individuals and families find themselves facing the hardest part of the journey with fewer resources, unanswered questions, and a growing need for connection.
Liberty Oaks exists to walk alongside people through those difficult seasons. Through compassionate support, meaningful relationships, practical resources, and opportunities for healing, we are creating pathways for individuals and families to feel seen, supported, and encouraged as they move forward one step at a time.
At Liberty Oaks, the individuals and families we support are known as Grove Families. It's a reminder that healing is often rooted in community and that no one should have to navigate sudden loss, grief, or trauma on their own.
Wherever you are in your journey, we're honored to walk alongside you with compassion, understanding, and support.
